Brandon primarily focuses on his client's weight loss, improving cardiovascular strength and mobility, sports-specific training, adult & youth HIIT training, and educating his client's about healthy lifestyles and overall wellness.

I am the manager and co-owner at Maintain Fitness and my main focus is customer satisfaction. I am here to ensure all customer needs are met with prompt attention. Whether I can help with billing and information updates or assisting to book clients into their desired class times. I am here to answer any questions that you may have. One of my favorite things about the business that we have built is that our clients truly become family to us. I enjoy meeting new people and love to celebrate with them as they grow stronger and more confident. Watching people say I can’t” one day to “I did it” the next is what makes every drop of sweat worth it.
